University prepares high-level medical scientists who are experienced in using scientific empirical methods of diagnosis and treatment of Modern English Medicine and a different faculty of traditional medicine. Those, displaying clinical Flexible thinking, apply their theoretical and practical knowledge, gained during their studies, in practice, combining medicine and modern methods of diagnosis and treatment with traditional and modern techniques.
We are pleased to announce that the University of Traditional Medicine expands its international cooperation. UTM has been recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and has joined the ranks of foreign universities recognized by the Ministry of Jordan.
The University of Traditional Medicine was founded in 1991 by Dr. Norik Saribekyan the Rector of UTMA.
UTMA is one of the unprecedented and leading educational institutions in the region. For the whole period of its activity, the university administration and the professors consistently have sought to implement the educational process in accordance with international standards. Staff consists of experienced scientists, professors and doctors, whose work has a great reputation and occupies a worthy place in the system of higher education. The Stomatology Department has its specialised clinics available with all modern techniques available for the training and practice of Students in UTMA.
The initiative to invest centuries-old traditional medicine research to the development of Modern medicines in the learning process as well as the best service in the eld of integrative medicine were highly appreciated during the international conference held in Cyprus in 1998.
The university is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science in 2001. (License N0002, State accreditation N 129) , graduates receive a state diploma which is valued Internationally.
The students from our University are eligible for various international Scholarships and programs of internship in every countries with required documents and eligible qualications. We are currently collaborating with various countries such as in Europe and countries like USA, GERMANY, UK, INDIA, DUBAI ETC.
There are students from different countries in the world where we are the ofcial and only afliated university to have partners such as UK and Germany in the region with Medical University .
The quality is the most important value of our curriculum and method of education for which we have partners selected with international criteria and students admitted and practiced based on International standards.
